Weekly Lessons

Lesson Level

We currently don't have separate groups for beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Everyone learns new dances together and lessons progress at an intermediate level.

Beginners

A beginner can join at any time of year. No prior dance experience or knowledge of other folk dances is required.

Lesson Language

Group lessons are currently conducted in Turkish. When a non-Turkish speaking student joins, the lesson can be translated to English as needed.

Season

Lessons start in early October and end at the end of May.

Age Limit

There is an age limit for those under 10 years old.

   Introduction of the new figure

   Application of the new figure to the dance and repetition
